Questions we hear all the time
Everything you need to know before deciding if Cintly is the right fit for your organization.
Cintly provides marketing and communications support to associations, not-for-profits, and healthcare organizations. Depending on your framework (Ignite, Spark, or Flare), we can handle everything from strategy and brand messaging to day-to-day content, social media, email, event marketing, website management, photography, and videography all without the cost of building an internal team.
Neither, really. We operate as an embedded marketing partner more like a fractional team that plugs into your organization than a traditional agency that takes a brief and disappears. You get direct access to experienced people who understand your sector, not a rotating roster of account managers.
Most engagements kick off within two weeks of our initial discovery call. We move fast and we come ready to learn your organization, your audiences, and your priorities from day one so we're not spending your time getting up to speed.
We are based in Canada and have deep experience with the Canadian association, not-for-profit, and healthcare landscape including government relations, sector narratives, and national communications. That said, we work with organizations across North America where there's a strong fit.
A freelancer typically handles one thing copy, design, or social. Cintly brings a full team of specialists across strategy, content, design, events, digital, photography, and videography. You're not managing multiple vendors or worrying about coverage when someone is unavailable. One engagement, full capability.
Ignite is our full-service partnership strategy, execution, events, creative, and ongoing communications all under one roof. Spark is our fractional team model you choose where you need support and we plug in as an extension of your existing team. Flare is our day-to-day execution support consistent weekly marketing output to keep your organization visible and on track.
Absolutely. Organizations evolve, and so do their needs. If you start with Flare for day-to-day support and later need Spark for a major campaign, we'll adapt. We'll always tell you honestly what level of support makes sense for your goals and budget.
That's what the discovery call is for. We'll ask the right questions about your team, your budget, your calendar, and your goals and recommend the framework that makes the most sense. There's no pressure and no obligation.
Pricing depends on your framework and scope. We offer monthly retainers for ongoing support and project-based pricing for Spark engagements. All pricing is scoped upfront so there are no surprise invoices. Visit our Plans page for an overview, or book a call and we'll walk you through what makes sense for your budget.
For Flare (day-to-day support), we typically ask for a 3-month minimum so we can build momentum and show real results. For Spark (project-based), engagements are scoped to the project with no long-term commitment required. We'll be clear about expectations before anything is signed.
Significantly. A mid-level marketing manager in Canada costs $70,000–$90,000 per year in salary alone before benefits, onboarding, management overhead, or the skills they don't have. With Cintly, you get an experienced team across multiple disciplines for a fraction of that cost, with no HR, no overhead, and no risk of turnover.
Yes. We work exclusively with mission-driven organizations and we understand that budgets are real constraints. We'd rather find a scope that works for you than walk away. If we can't make it work right now, we'll be honest about that too and we'll tell you what to focus on in the meantime.
Yes. We offer photography and videography as part of our Ignite and Spark engagements, and as optional add-ons for campaigns and events. Whether you need event coverage, team headshots, campaign assets, or video content for your communications, we can handle it.
Yes. From full website design and development to landing pages, content updates, and SEO optimization we offer website services across all three frameworks. We can build you something new, improve what you have, or simply keep your current site updated and performing.
Absolutely it's one of our core strengths. We help associations and healthcare organizations get more out of their events, from pre-event promotion and sponsorship materials to on-site support and post-event follow-up campaigns. We know how much is riding on conference season and we help you make the most of it.
Yes. We understand the policy landscape and the importance of strategic messaging for government relations and stakeholder engagement. Whether you need to shape your public narrative, align with a funding body's priorities, or communicate your sector's position clearly, we can help you find the right voice and reach the right audiences.
